Project Summary
Sunny Beach Resort, part of the Three Corners Hotels in Hurghada, is a landmark beachfront destination reimagined through a 300-room extension and a comprehensive modernization. The design enhances the existing hotel’s character while elevating the experience for loyal guests with refined architecture, lush landscaping, and a high-quality beach service.
Concept Narrative
The project celebrates a green spine that leads guests directly to the coast, weaving nature into the journey from arrival to the shoreline. The extension splits the main building into two volumes, framing a welcoming approach with open views that set the stage for the resort experience. This design gesture not only elevates the arrival sequence but also reinforces the connection between architecture, greenery, and the Red Sea horizon.
With pools, walkways, and landscaped terraces integrated into the design, the resort creates a multi-sensory tropical experience, balancing leisure with a sense of arrival and celebration.
