Concept Narrative 

Set on a 5,000 sq.m plot, 23 Havens Boutique Hotel embodies the ethos of sustainability and cultural connection. By upcycling shipping containers and pairing them with brick retaining walls, the project overcomes spatial limitations while celebrating modular flexibility. Spacious apartments and open terraces face a central pool, ensuring that water and landscape are the shared focus of guest experience.

The design extends beyond architecture into cultural impact. The hotel has become a lively destination in El Gouna, where locals and visitors gather not only for accommodation but also for social and cultural events. A green belt of native and fruit-bearing trees enhances its eco-friendly identity, while the use of natural tree trunks as structural elements reinforces harmony with nature.
