Project Summary
The headquarters of CI Capital was designed as a modern, sophisticated environment that reflects the stature of one of Egypt’s leading diversified financial institutions. The project spans three storeys, offering a balance between executive refinement, efficient workspaces, and welcoming social areas. Every detail — from premium materials to curated art — was carefully orchestrated to express the firm’s ethos of finesse, discipline, and attention to detail.
Concept Narrative
The spatial organization mirrors the institution’s structure. At the executive level, dedicated to top management, the interiors embody luxury and exclusivity. Boardrooms and meeting spaces host partners, investors, and stakeholders in settings that emphasize prestige through elegant finishes, bespoke furnishings, and a sense of formality.
The middle floors accommodate brokers and operational staff, where design takes on a more pragmatic and flexible approach. Open-plan layouts and adaptable workstations allow for productivity and fluid collaboration, while maintaining a refined corporate tone.
Complementing these functional layers are informal gathering spaces designed to foster connection and well-being. These lounges and break-out zones soften the corporate environment and reflect CI Capital’s commitment to its people.
