A 4★+ city resort on the golf edge of Sheikh Zayed — 526 keys, one stone, one horizon. The complete design story: concept, masterplan and plans, architecture, interiors, rooms and suites.
The hotel speaks its place through material and light, not ornament. One local stone — grey flamed Tirriesta — carries the architecture inside and out; bronze, warm render and taupe ash-oak complete a quiet palette; and a single line, the horizon, organises everything from the façade to the reception desk.
Every interior then tells one story: From Earth to Eternity — Egyptian cosmology narrated floor by floor, rising from the underworld (Duat) to the sky (Nut & Ma'at). The rule that keeps it disciplined: 70% abstract · 30% site-mythology · 0% postcard.
