UAE’S SEOUL CONSULATE

Following the successful implementation of the embassy
prototype in Abu Dhabi, our design concept is set to be
replicated in other UAE embassies worldwide. Seoul
Embassy marks the inaugural location for the deployment
of this innovative prototype.
Our design focuses on creating a smart layout that efficiently
accommodates the diverse range of services required by
embassy visitors. The journey begins with a user-friendly
standing kiosk, allowing visitors to easily select the services
they need.

Next, guests are guided to a
waiting area equipped with smart
tables, pods, and a digital library.
This space is designed to provide
comfort and convenience while
waiting for appointments or
processing paperwork.
By prioritizing functionality and
user experience, our embassy
prototype aims to set a new
standard for embassy design,
ensuring that visitors can access
essential services in a seamless
and efficient manner, regardless of
their location around the world.
