DOLPHIN ISLAND

Project Summary

Dolphins Island is a visionary development set on a reclaimed private island off the coast of Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. Conceived as a luxury sanctuary for contemporary coastal living, the masterplan is grounded in the natural intelligence and poetic movement of dolphins — creatures known not only for their elegance, but also their profound sense of community and spatial awareness.

The design orchestrates a balance between seclusion and connection, softness and geometry, landscape and form. Every architectural gesture is anchored in the island’s natural setting: flowing massing, subtly terraced volumes, and a material palette rooted in warm, off-white tones and sandy textures that echo the coastal context. The result is an elevated yet unpretentious luxury — a realm where architecture dissolves into the sea breeze, and each component is precisely placed to amplify a sense of calm, intimacy, and freedom.

More than a residential or hospitality offering, Dolphins Island is a placemaking exercise — a curated ecosystem where wellness, leisure, and domesticity merge into a unified spatial experience.
