Project Summary
The Badya Clubhouse is a key communal amenity nestled within the sprawling 3,000-acre Badya compound by Palm Hills Developments—a visionary smart and green city bridging East and West Cairo. Positioned as a central gathering point, the clubhouse serves residential clusters by offering leisure, dining, and resort-like facilities—including a pool, restaurants, and multipurpose spaces—acting as an interim sports venue until the formal sporting club is completed.
Concept Narrative
Located at the heart of the neighborhood, the clubhouse embodies openness, connection, and modern comfort. Its architecture creates a striking entry experience with a sculptural volume that anchors the site and frames views of the surrounding greenery. A generous pool deck and rooftop pergola set the stage for relaxation and social interaction. Materially, the design celebrates clean, contemporary aesthetics through the use of textured GRC façade panels, wood slats, and steel louvers that control light and shadow throughout the day.
