Project Summary
Inspired by the iconic masterplan of the Abu Tig Marina, El Gouna, our masterplan prioritizes the customer journey through creating
passageways that circulate through the different zones of the project, showcasing the different clustered outlets that connect to the
main piazza that hosts different activities throughout the year and cater for a bar hopping experience.
Through respecting the existing site forces, a grid was formed towards the north direction, making use of the wind flow, existing street
direction & nearby parking spaces, generating a masterplan zoning that accommodates for 3 different nodes (Main Entrance, Main
Piazza & Aurora) with circulation routes that allow visitors to experience all the nodes.
A glimpse of the Aurora node is visible from the main entrance and can be accessed through the main piazza, were you›re greeted
in an outdoor foyer area and can be directed to the indoor, outdoor or roof seating area through an outdoor feature staircase that
overlooks the entire masterplan of the plot.
